A smooth rice whisky aged in a sherry cask for 8 years and mizunara cask for 2 years. The beautiful golden color is a result of barrel aging in the Kuma region's extreme cold temperatures. Characterized by a fruity, apricot-like flavor unique to rice shochu, with a savory, nutty aftertaste.
