A rare gem rice whisky aged in a sherry and cognac cask for over 19 years resulting in a beautiful dark amber color. The sherry cask influence comes through on the palate. Notes of apricot, chocolate, leather, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla harmonized with a smokiness which balances out the flavors. Excellent served neat to savor the richness or on the rocks to enjoy the gradual change in flavors.
